A marketing support playbook uses proven tools and campaigns to help you launch and grow your business. OutFit utilizes the latest analytics and technology to maximize email and text marketing campaigns. We also provide a brand guidebook filled with on- the-ground marketing tools, community focused social media campaigns and special class events. OutFit focuses on brand marketing, you focus on local, on-the-ground promotional activities in your territory.

Territory site selection guidance and support to find ideal and inspiring outdoor spaces and training grounds. The experienced team at OutFit understands how to navigate municipal permitting requirements and will help you through every step.

Pre-designed programming delivered from OutFit HQ provides operators and coaches with a library of branded, scalable workout experiences that are fun, safe, effective and deliver results. All group training content is designed at OutFit HQ and pushed electronically to the coach. Personal training content is designed by the coach, leveraging a variety of support templates from OutFit HQ, specifically to meet each member’s goals.

Ongoing Training and Development

A hybrid learning environment provides the steps to becoming a happy and prepared OutFit owner. The learning experience will consist of virtual and live interactive training modules delivered on-demand.

Simplifying the training process and guiding each OutFit owner through each aspect of operating a successful business is what our team commits to deliver. As part of the initial training, it will also include a 3-day immersive practical experience designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to effectively operate the OutFit van and deliver fun and innovative workout experiences.

A phased training approach allows an owner to devote the appropriate training time to each of the necessary functional areas of the business in a way that is convenient to his/her schedule. Your coaches will be ready to deliver the OutFit experience in less than two weeks from their date of hire.

Training and development will continue after you open your business. As part of the process of growing and developing success within your operation, OutFit provides ongoing continuing education for you and your team.
