OUR STORY
It all started with Bella, PetBar founders – Dan and Ashley’s, 8 lbs schnauzer. We started looking into ways to keep Bella smelling clean and fresh and well kept all the time. When Bella’s groomer moved away we were left to do it ourselves deciding it was messy and too much clean up to do at home. We had a difficult time finding someone we trusted, that would do a good job and in a timely manner. That is when we decided to open our own pet spa business.
HISTORY & GROWTH
Dan and Ashley’s first location opened in Dallas, TX in 2015. After seeing it become a wild success, they knew they were onto something and took the leap to franchising in 2019. By early 2020, they opened their second corporate location and welcomed their first franchisees, Steve and Julie Harvey, along with their beloved German Shepherds, Callie and Diesel. Since then, petbar has welcomed more than 10 new franchisees to the family who will be opening over 30 locations across the country – and we’re still growing!
