We provide the training tools for our franchisees. In addition to the live training that we will offer both at our headquarters in Chelmsford, MA (north of Boston) and at our franchisees’ locations, our web developers are creating a background webpage which will offer access to service manuals, as well as technical support.

Many R1Source customers are repeat customers; they have ongoing maintenance needs for their equipment. What that means is that a franchisee can concentrate on developing, as an example,100 customers who he/she may service four or five times a year, as opposed to some business models where there is no “repeat” business and by the same model would need 500 new customers each year. The R1Source franchise is not a cookie cutter one size fits all business it is truly scalable. Giving our franchisees the ability to start small and build their business without the need for expensive office space, staffing and overhead. Our unique balance of training and ongoing support gives our franchisees the confidence needed to build a successful sustainable service business with endless possibilities.
