How This Franchise Supports Franchise Owners

Training: Available at headquarters: 10 days. Additional 5 days training on location.  

Ongoing support: The Urbana franchise program uses a specialist system by providing expert guidance to each spa's functional lead personnel. Once every week or on a biweekly basis, our specialist will touch base with each spa's counterpart to ensure that each franchise location is tracking critical key metrics and offering best practices that have been tried and tested in resolving issues at hand. Our wellness focus is not only for our guest, but for our team as well. We want to build our unique family with positive, hardworking individuals.

VETERANS
We reduce the initial franchise fee for the first location by 20% for qualified veterans new to our system. A qualified veteran is any honorably discharged veteran with a Form DD 214. The qualified veteran needs to have majority ownership in the franchised business to receive this discount on the initial franchise fee. We reserve the right to modify this program at any time.
