Shade structures are needed everywhere. When its hot, its hot. Your definition of hot may differ in Boston compared to Las Vegas, but when the summer comes most people don't want to be exposed long term to direct sunlight. We cast a very wide net with our products from all types of commercial ball fields, parks, restaurants, playgrounds, just about anywhere you want to be out in the sun.

The ability to make people happy with your work and your service is an issue that faces every business and every business owner.  At WECANSHADEIT, we believe in business owners and that is the essence of why we decided to build our network through a franchise system.

This is a project based business

Each sail is custom designed and manufactured for the area. There is a very small monthly burn rate. All of our locations use Firefighters as labor, please feel free to reach out and ask me why and the benefits to our business.

3 step process taken from our proven IntelliTurf synthetic grass business, one week at our corporate office, training during installation of display facility and then 3 day marketing follow up.

We use Firefighters in our locations as labor. We have 3rd party financing approved for this concept. Recruiting Firefighters for this business ownership is a great fit. They work 24 hours on and 48 hours off. This business has a low monthly burn rate, most projects take one day to get the connection points in the sky and once manufactured, just a few hours to hang the sails. Great from a schedule standpoint. We suggest recruiting Firefighters in your area to look at this business.

What we ask of our Franchisees

Deep Dive market infiltration is required at the beginning to get the business up and running. Our Deep Dive marketing plan is revealed and the new business owner is trained on how to roll this out in their markets during the week of training at our headquarters. We use both paid and natural search to help dominate the local market for what search activity exists as it relates to Shade. We have a robust social media campaign for our owners. Finally our Display areas are used further drives traffic and give potential customers a place to come look, feel and touch the product. Sales calls, Designs and Estimates, logistics of projects and overseeing installations is all part of the work we ask of franchisees.
