Phase one begins at Your Choice Senior Care Franchise headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama.  Here we focus on accounting, scheduling, and other unique systems designed to maximize your success and profitability.

Phase two of your training includes everything you will need to perform day to day operations and is held at a live operating location.  This practical training gives you an insider’s view of real-world application rather than abstract operational ideas. Our comprehensive approach to recruiting and retaining quality caregivers and administrative staff and how to identify a client’s needs and preferences are just two of the Your Choice Senior Care systems studied and practiced during this phase. 

The last phase of training is critical to your success, will give you a significant advantage over your competition, and is a fast track to being profitable. We will work in your location to start your business.  We will assist with hiring, marketing, and converting leads to customers.  At the end of this phase you have a business that is functional and is operating!
Support does not end with phase three. Our training staff is available to support you in any way needed.  Additional on-site coaching and follow up training is offered to all franchisees.
