Operations took place out of an 8,000 square foot masonry block building manufacturing space with 24-foot-tall walls and 20-foot-tall ceilings, and they also have 1,100 square feet of loft inside of the building with air, power, lights and stairs access. Located on the property are 15 parking spaces and a lot in the back, fully fenced on each side. The building has four 12 feet wide and 14.5 feet tall roll up doors in the back. They have 3 offices and 2 bathrooms in the facility as well, along with a showroom. Showroom fixtures are worth approximately $90,000, along with $12,000 for the reception area and $12,000 for the executive office walnut furniture. The Seller does own the building and property, and it may be available for sale dependent upon the needs of the Buyer and the Lender.
