NASHVILLE, TN - Bar-B-Cutie SmokeHouse, one of the most iconic and authentic BBQ franchise brands, is proud to be included on Amazon Restaurants, the tech-giant’s new mobile delivery service that will begin operating in Nashville in Fall 2018.  Because the market for US restaurant delivery orders is expected to grow to $76 billion in 2022, from $43 billion today, according to Cowen & Co, companies are capitalizing on this growth. GrubHub (GRUB) (which Bar-B-Cutie currently uses to delivery its products) is up almost 40% year-to-date.

For over 65 years, Bar-B-Cutie has excelled in delivering traditional, pit BBQ to the Nashville market. The brand’s diverse menu features a wide array of smoked meats, from the perfectly smoked pork and tender brisket, to hand-rubbed Turkey Sandwiches, as well as several sides including whipped potatoes, fried okra and more. Bar-B-Cutie is ready to satisfy Nashville’s BBQ craving, and now with Amazon Restaurants, the brand’s customers do not have to leave their house to get it.

Amazon Restaurants is only available to customers of Amazon Prime, the brand’s subscription service that offers free 2-day delivery, access to music and video streaming channels, and more for a monthly or yearly fee. The new service is positioned to revolutionize the crowded mobile delivery segment by providing customers with free delivery on takeout orders from their favorite restaurants, such as Bar-B-Cutie.

Bar-B-Cutie SmokeHouse, which was founded in Nashville, TN in 1950, has eight locations in Middle TN and locations in Texas and Georgia.
