Unbranded gas station on one of New Jersey busiest route with over 30,000 cars a day travel this road. The station is currently in need of some rehab due to the current operator who has ran the business into the ground. There is several things that will need to be done here and with the right lending could be done very easily. Depending on how you operate this site will dictate what needs to be done first.
