Property Features and Assets:

Corner End cap in busy shopping center Little Humans Big Fun opened for business in January 2018. The husband and wife team designed and built everything from scratch by extensively researching top children’s museums around the country. Custom exhibits have been commissioned and purchased from local craftsmen and a children’s museum in Milwaukee. As part of the private party options, LHBF commissioned a top local party designer to provide party décor and props. Employees have been extensively trained in customer service and cleaning techniques, with equal emphasis on parent comfort and child engagement.

Market Competition and Expansion:

We focus on STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) based activities and stations and can accommodate and engage a wide range of children (12mos-8years). Additionally, our admission price includes parent comforts such as specialty coffee (cappuccino, lattes) and tea drinks, lots of comfortable seating and free wi-fi. The physical design and layout of our space is also more conducive to comfortable play for both parents and kids. Potential Growth Significant room for growth for private parties, which is the most efficient product sale. Also room for growth with open play in spring/fall through group sales (i.e., preschools, church groups, homeschool groups). We have not explored any retail sale component, but many of our competitors include this in their business model. There is certainly the market for retail sale, as we have customers regularly wanting to purchase our items, but we have not pursued this component.

Reason for Selling:
