Market Competition and Expansion:

Significant growth opportunities exist as the Company has electively held back on growth opportunities for several years. Opportunities include: •increasing sales efforts. Each additional salesperson is projected to generate between $500-750,000 of sales per year at current profit margins. Expanding the distribution network outside Florida by hiring non-Florida sales reps will generate long-lived sales in other states.• Additional new product development is needed. As shown above, new products have been proven to drive an increase in sales. • Product D, with proper sale support, is projected to become the Company’s top selling product. Production started in Q4 2019.
