The owner is an authorized repair technician for Fluidra (Parent for Jandy/Zodiak). All technicians are licensed by the state, and the company carries full insurance. The company has a great reputation online.

In the last 6 months, 10% of the work orders are home warranty companies, 16% are Fluidra repairs, and 74% are retail. That is a huge difference in the make-up of the business from when they purchased the company. Of the work orders, the contractor in Houston does about 40%, and the owner does the rest along with managing. However, we are asked weekly if we provide weekly maintenance services. So, it would be very easy to create targeted marketing to set up a pool route in a specific area.
