Schedule B of the Company’s Distributorship Marketing Agreement, will amaze you as to what we do for our Distributors.
C) Their Distributorship or Franchise Agreement, in most cases, won’t even guarantee that your Distributorship will make enough net profit the first twelve (12) months for you to get back your original investment for their Distributorship or Franchisee.
D) Here is what we guarantee you in our Distributorship Marketing Agreement. Each Distributorship will have a population of a guaranteed minimum of 12,000,000 or more with many having a population of 15,000,000 or more. You will be required to pay a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) nonrefundable deposit that can be applied to your Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) Deposit at the time you sign the Distributorship Marketing Agreement. You think that is great. Decide to not buy a Distributorship in thirty (30) days or less and the Company will refund your One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) No questions asked.

So, what are you waiting for to decide which one of the Marketing Areas, that is still available, you would like to purchase with Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) Deposit or take an “Option” on your choice of available Marketing Areas and pay the One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) refundable or nonrefundable deposit for the “Option”.

Explain to them that there is also a guaranteed that we will have the Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000) back plus Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) profit the first (90) days in business. You will get your Thirty-Five ($35,000) investment back plus Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) as half of the Profits. I will get my Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) invested back plus Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) as my half of the profits. Each of you will get a minimum Fifty Thousand Dollars at the end of your first year of operation.

Explain that each of you will get fifty percent (50%) of the profits for the five (5) year term of the Distributorship Partner Marketing Agreement and renewals,

Note: The Company has a Distributorship “Option” Marketing Agreement, if you need it, and also has a Distributorship Partner Agreement that you and your partner can sign.
