For 20 of the years, I headed CSCI, I maintained a single contract worth 8 million dollars working for the Architect of the Capitol in Washington, DC. It covered all the buildings on Capitol Hill, including the US Capitol Building, US Senate Office Buildings, US House of Representatives Office Buildings, US Supreme Court and Judiciary Building, US Library of Congress Buildings, US Capitol Police, US Botanical Gardens, and other agency buildings.

No other company in America has had an agency-wide contract with the Architect of the Capitol for all of these buildings in one contract at one time. One of the reasons for this success is our perfect safety record and ability to cover many processes and operations that other service companies can't. 

Also, for 10 years, I worked on contracts for CSCI in Bermuda that covered most of the resorts, banks, insurance companies, investment firms, and a couple of government buildings. I also have experience working on giant airport contracts maintaining a variety of services.

My beginning was in Houston, Texas, and then later Maryland, Washington, DC. Florida, Bermuda, South Carolina, and California.
