I found that Daylight Donuts have excellent management people. They are so knowledgeable and so professional. We are the first American donut shop to open in mainland China. We are so proud of that. And we got a lot of support and help from the headquarters in the United States … several management people even came to help us "grand open" our Daylight Donut shops. In the first place, Daylight is top-notch quality, the Rolls Royce of donuts. That's encouraging right from the start knowing that you have a good product to make and sell to the public. Then, they have representatives to come around and see that things are going alright. They just have good service and they've expanded their management scope to be really attentive to the stores.
