There are some 28 million businesses in the US. Each one, at any given time, is engaged in either growing, correcting or looking toward a short or long-term transition to a new owner. Despite the numbers, for the most part those who assist owners with the transitions and growth have varying backgrounds and training, ranging from highly professional to totally sloppy and unprofessional. There are many business brokers, the vast majority of which do not specialize or even have an industry specialty to offer. There are many “business intermediaries”, but likewise, the quality of services provided varies greatly from firm to firm. And there are also many accountants and attorneys who help their clients sell their businesses or find turnaround consultants to correct problems within. But, regardless of whether it is a local business broker (usually deal with small companies only) or a more sophisticated “Business Intermediary” (focused on larger companies), their services are usually applied in a custom, non-standardized manner resulting in time consuming inefficiency.

The Enginuity Group and its principals have been buying, selling and turning around companies for over 35 years. During that time, they have seen most all the common mistakes made by business brokers, accountants and lawyers in bringing qualified buyers and managing the transition process. Fees & Financial Rewards

Most Business Intermediaries make from $250,000 to over $500,000 a year. It is multi faceted, but with the E|E Licensing program, it is achievable if you have the skills and experience to succeed with a license for an E|E territory.

And the license fee covering the entire program is a fraction of that charged by even the business broker franchises  in the M/A industry.
