Eric’s Ice Cream Factory, a micro-creamery with small batch production, specializes in Homemade, Handcrafted Ice Cream, made just 3 gallons at a time. With an array of homemade flavors like Monster Cookie, Birthday Cake and Amaretto Cherry, there is always an indulgent flavor for everyone. Eric’s also features rich and creamy soft serve ice cream as well as Milkshakes, Flurries, Freezes, Slushes, Sundaes… and The Best Float Ever, a signature creation consisting of our homemade Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and a bottle of handcrafted, pure cane sugar root beer or butterscotch beer!
For those with allergies, we now also craft our very own dairy free, gluten free, soy free and vegan ice cream, available in Vanilla or Chocolate. Months in development, we were able to create a deliciously smooth and creamy option, with all natural ingredients for those who just simply cannot have certain ingredients. We even created a simple four ingredient sorbet available in Strawberry or Pineapple.
