Since the late 1990's, we have been servicing our customers with the most innovative artificial turf products available.  IntelliTurf has completed synthetic golf greens and practice areas for multi-family housing communities including apartments, condominiums and senior housing, corporate campuses, private clubs, residences, and driving ranges.  We have built courses in the US as well as Europe and the Caribbean.  Our multi-housing/developer clients are located domestically and internationally.

In 2006, we started our investigation into franchising and at that time changed our name from Pennington Golf Design, Inc. to IntelliTurf to reflect the ever expanding markets and surfaces in our business.
