When you join the Massage Heights family as a Franchise Owner, we provide strong support from day one. To prepare for success, five weeks of training in all aspects of the business will be covered – both at the corporate headquarters and in your specific location. This detailed training dives deep into topics including Retreat operations, opening and closing procedures, product and service knowledge, customer service, client communication, cash management, billing, promotions, and marketing/advertising. After you’ve completed your five weeks of Base Camp, the support doesn’t end there. We are here for you for the life of the massage franchise with ongoing and continued support in all aspects of the business.
The Right Candidate
Our Franchise Owners are passionate about owning a business that helps promote personal wellness and healthy lifestyles. You do not need massage or skincare industry experience to be a successful Massage Heights Franchise Owner. Management experience is not required, either, although we have found that these skills are beneficial, and most of our massage franchising partners have business management, sales, or marketing experience and have had success in managing people. Our company culture is just as important as experience; therefore, our franchise partners must be well aligned with the Massage Heights mission, vision, and values.
