Our franchisees are typically upper-mid-level managers, executives, and entrepreneurs looking to build a high-volume business. Network In Action also appeals to experienced entrepreneurs looking for a highly scalable business with long-term potential and sustainable earnings potential.
You Do Not Need A Background In Business Networking
As a franchisee, your role is to provide leadership to the organization and build out a group of business owners that you wish to work with on a monthly basis. You form relationships with the local business owners who are looking for ways to improve outcomes for their businesses in a cost-effective way enjoying both monthly meetings and our state-of-the-art technology that Network In Action provides.

Our franchisee training is focused on learning the networking side of the business, we can show you how to properly build your group and provide the tools to keep the members engaged in fact we have already helped build out over 300 groups in 4 countries!
NIA helps franchisees build out great groups of business owners — great people whom the franchise owner wants to help in the upcoming years. All of our franchise owners become experts in their field and in short order are operating monthly meetings with our professional agendas. A New Approach To Business Networking
What sets Network In Action apart from other business networking groups is that most of our franchisees don’t have a networking background. We want franchisees to be able to see the business from a member’s perspective, and we don’t want to be like other networking groups that may be long on experience but are weak on overall member experience. We want our meetings to be fun, fresh, fast-paced and to always include action. We look for franchisees who share our values, and we have developed robust training and support to help them master how to start their business networking group, and more importantly how to make a business out of it.

- Extensive Training - 70 hours of training focused on leadership, sales and marketing, our state-of-the-art technology, member retention, and running a vibrant meeting.
- Network of Franchisees - Network In Action believes that our franchise owners should be as well-connected as our members. You can always access every franchise owner through our intranet site. If you have a question, ask an experienced franchise owner.
- Technical Training - Once a franchisee, you have access to training materials and online courses that will help you expand your understanding of our model. The goal is to turn you into a lean mean networking machine! Our E-Learning platform is second to none and can be accessed 24/7 so you can stay up to date with any changes in the system.
