Next Level Senior Advisors - Business Opportunity

Trusted. Compassionate. Driven. Just Like You.

Are you a senior living professional who is tired of corporate bureaucracy? Do you want to build your own local business while truly making a difference for families in crisis?

At Next Level Senior Advisors, we help older adults and their families navigate the emotional and complex “Senior Care Maze.” Our Advisors are local advocates who walk alongside families with empathy and professionalism. We provide this hands-on, consultative service to families at no cost.

Why This Role Matters

Families often come to us during moments of extreme stress and uncertainty. As an Advisor, you are a critical guide, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the decision-making process. This is meaningful, relationship-driven work that blends deep compassion with local expertise.

The Next Level Advantage

We are a values-driven organization built on trust, integrity, and service. While you operate with the autonomy of an entrepreneur, you are never alone. Next Level provides:

  • Next Level University: Comprehensive and ongoing training to keep you at the top of your field.
  • Directions Software: Access to our proprietary platform to manage your workflow and family needs.
  • Proven Brand Presence: Established marketing resources and a collaborative national team to support your local growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Guide: Provide personalized, hands-on guidance to families exploring Assisted Living and Memory Care options.
  • Curate the Search: Conduct in-person assessments and accompany families on community tours to ensure the right fit.
  • Build the Network: Cultivate deep relationships with local hospital social workers, community directors, and healthcare partners.
  • Advocate: Ensure every family feels supported and empowered from the first call to move-in day.

Who Thrives in This Role

  • The Industry Veteran: You have a minimum of two years of experience in senior living sales, outreach, or community relations.
  • The Relationship Builder: You value trust and long-term partnerships over quick transactions.
  • The Self-Directed Leader: You enjoy the independence of a remote, flexible schedule and have the drive to grow your own local presence.
  • The Empathetic Professional: You can balance a goal-oriented mindset with the high degree of integrity required for senior care.

The Advisor Model

This is a full-time independent contractor role designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to own their schedule and their earning potential.

  • Flexibility: You manage your day, your local strategy, and your business growth.
  • No Bureaucracy: Skip the traditional corporate red tape and focus on serving families.
  • Local Market Focus: This role requires a strong local presence for in-person networking, meetings, and community tours.

Experience and Readiness Required

  • Professional Background: A minimum of two years of experience in senior living sales, outreach, or community networking.
  • Financial Independence: You must have the financial stability to support yourself during the initial pipeline-building and ramp-up phase.
  • Local Roots: You currently reside in or have deep professional ties to your target market.
  • Work Authorization: You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship requirements.

Advisor Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: At least two years of experience in senior living sales, outreach, community relations, or a closely related role.
  • Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with Assisted Living and Memory Care environments and a general understanding of the senior living industry.
  • Local Presence: Currently lives in, has strong ties to, or is originally from the local/metro area where Next Level is recruiting.
  • In-Person Requirements: Ability to attend and participate in regular local networking, meetings, and community tours.
  • Independent Contractor Model: Comfortable working on a self-directed, performance-based independent contractor basis focused on relationship-building.
