Roll’n Lobster is a Gourmet Food Truck which offers a wonderful sampling of East Coast goodies. We feature original Maine Lobster in our Lobster Rolls, Lobster Sliders, and Lobster Louie along with great clam chowder and lobster bisque. We love to meet other transplants from the east coast and if you happen to be one of the few people who have not tried the Best the East Coast has to offer then come on by for a free sample on us. Training
Held at our headquarters in Southern California, through our extensive training, you will learn all of the ins and outs of the Roll’n Lobster company and how to successfully run your own franchise. You’ll learn our simple, streamlined business model and our marketing strategies. We have made sure that our training is simple and easy to grasp. But should you feel as though you need any extra help, additional training is available.
