Join the Sarpino's Family

  1. First Interview - We will review how your personal goals can be met as a franchisee. Expect questions about your application, that will help us determine if you are a good fit for Sarpino's and if Sarpino's is the right choice for you. Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) will be released at the end of the meeting.
  2. Discovery Day - In preparation for Discovery Day you will complete 
    Decision-Making Checklist and Risk Matrix to help you decide to join our brand. We will review Franchise Disclosure Document, which explains franchisee and franchisor roles and responsibilities. We will address any question you might have about FDD and conduct online presentation showing the highlights of the Sarpino's Pizza business model.
  3. Store Visit - Introduction to Sarpino's operations at one of the existing Sarpino's locations. You will have an opportunity to visit a real Sarpino's restaurant, where you will be able to observe how our product is made, how operations are run and much more.
  4. Conditional Pre-Approval - At this point we might recommend additional validation to reinforce your decision, such as franchisee surveys, certain hours to be worked at the restaurants etc. It will be based on your experience and readiness to join the brand. Conditional RFA will be delivered after the conditions are met.
  5. Signature Day - If you decide to join the franchise and after we determine to move forward, we will invite you for the Signature Day. Restaurant Franchise Agreement will be signed, you will meet our corporate team and start the training process 

 

"I like Sarpino's concept. It is a franchise but at the same time it does not feel like a franchise – you have freedom how to run your business. It can be a good and a bad thing – depends on what kind of operator you are. If you know how to do it – great, if you don’t – you can learn how to. Considering this is a small franchise the changes can happen and fairly quick so your ideas and actions will be considered. People in the office are very responsive if you need help – issues can be solved within minutes. Considering the focus on higher quality food and higher ticket average than a typical pizza place it is easier to run the restaurant – product is good, customers love it. All you need is to maintain standards and customer service – money will come. As with any restaurant there are ups and downs but that is part of the business.
