BUSINESS MODELS
Zoom Express Laundry offers 4 dynamic models based on demographics, investment and market size. 

• 3,000 Sq. Ft.- Our smallest model, has the right mix of equipment for the smaller markets. 4,000 Sq. Ft.- The most common model, fits most demographics and gives a great variety of equipment. 
• 5,000 Sq. Ft. - For larger markets with a lot of room for commercial growth. 
• 6,000 Sq. Ft.- Designed for the larger markets, with a growth oriented investor that's looking to expand into commercial accounts, locker systems, and have a very robust mix of equipment.

PROFIT CENTERS
Zoom Express Laundry offers seven key revenue streams that allow franchisees to utilize the new cutting edge technology to better serve their customers. 

• Vended Laundry - A card based laundromat that utilizes high speed equipment to save money utilities and maximize profit. The franchisee has the option of offering FREE DRYING! Customers are guaranteed that they can wash, dry, and fold their laundry in 60 minutes. 
• Dry Cleaning Drop Store - It's a convenient location that customers can drop off dry cleaning. The processing is not done on site, its outsourced to a 3rd party plant. 
• Wash/Dry/Fold - Customers can drop off laundry, the laundromat with wash the dry the clothes, then fold them and put them in a Zoom logo laundry bag. 
• Residential Routes - Customer can go on our website or App to schedule a pickup at their convenience, They can also schedule recurring pick ups. 
• Commercial Routes - Similar to residential routes, but done at a customer's place of business. 
• Lockers - We work with condos, apartment building and larger corporations to install a locker system in their facility. Customers drop off laundry in locker, create a digital code and when the laundry is returned, a text message is sent to the customer.
• Over the Counter Vending - We sell larger quantities of laundry supplies, as well as vending products like drinks, snacks and games. 

REAL ESTATE
We work with a national brokerage firm to find the best locations available based on strict site criteria. We also look for existing locations that are under performing or looking to get out and convert to a Zoom Express Laundry. 

CANDIDATE
The great thing about our model is that it's designed for semi absentee to fully absentee ownership. The candidate is someone with management experience, they are entrepreneurial and growth oriented. They should be well organized with an eye for detail coupled with the ability to train a manager to oversee the day to day operations. Leadership is important. The franchisee needs to communicate their objectives and expectations to their team and hold them accountable for their performance. Our franchisee must embrace the new technology and the new on demand customer philosophy.
