We are pleased to present this profitable, well managed, high growth construction company that specializes in providing disaster recovery solutions and roofing systems throughout southeast Texas. Their roofing division has 10+ years of experience with a focus on high-end, custom home builders as well as commercial and residential insurance losses. Their disaster recovery division provides post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction services for several different local, state and federally funded housing assistance programs.

This is not your typical roofing company as its custom roofing product line boasts a strong pipeline of projects that should add at least $4.2M in revenues over the next 12-18 months, in addition to its typical deal flow on the custom and re-roof side. When Hurricane Harvey crushed the Texas coast in 2018, the Texas General Land Office (GLO) received $5 billion dollars to rebuild thousands of homes from Corpus Christi to Beaumont. The restoration division has been working with the ‘prime contractors’ selected by the GLO since the onset of these programs in assisting with the rebuilds. The restoration as well as the-roof division also have a significant amount of experience working directly with homeowners, insurance companies, remediation contractors, etc.… which includes in-house Xactimate expertise (computer software system for estimating construction costs that has become widely used by insurance companies in the past decade. Insurance company adjusters use it to calculate building damage, repair and rebuilding costs.).

Its consistency in management over the years has been one of the reasons for their success. This includes a total of 7 project managers of which 4 serve on the roofing side of the business and 3 on the restoration side. This company, fueled by its strong and consistent pipeline is projecting EBITDA of $1.5M-$2M on revenues of approximately $10M in revenues during year 2023.

The owners are willing to stay on board indefinitely, after closing, to continue in their current roles. With a suitable recapitalization scenario, the sellers would be willing to leave up to 2X EBITDA on the company's balance sheet to help fuel its continued growth & profitability.
