Exclusive Territories
At Watch Dogs Home Inspectors, we offer exclusive territories which gives you exclusive marketing rights to the agents who will provide most of your business. Giving you more time making money doing inspections, and less driving time from job to job. We also offer you first right of refusal if someone is interested in purchasing a territory that borders yours.

Call Center
Unlike most home inspection franchisees, Watch Dogs offers you a call center to take your calls while you are busy doing inspections so you won’t lose any business.  Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff will:

• Answer all calls as if they were in your territory
• Use sales techniques to book your inspections, and answer any and all questions related to the inspection
• Book the inspection on your scheduling calendar. NOTE: You have full control over when you want to work. You can block yourself off of your calendar and our staff will only book your inspections in the open time slots
• Set up the inspection with the selling realtor, and make sure all utilities are on and you have access to the home
• Send out emails to confirm the appointment with the selling realtor, buyer’s realtor and your client
• Call the selling realtor prior to the inspection to confirm that everything has been set up in order to do the inspection at the scheduled time
• Email the completed inspection report to your client and their realtor

Marketing Program
We also provide a proven marketing system.  Most of your job referrals will come from real estate agents, so cultivating strong relationships with agents is the best way to grow your business.
