We got limed and so happy we did!!! In our 20 + years in the Preserve we have seen painters come and go promises made and forgotten. NOT AT LIME!! Lime is a super corporation. We are 100% satisfied with all facets of the work by Lime. The employees are the best with great attitudes. Our home looks beautiful!! We recently hired Lime Painting to paint the exterior and interior of our home in Golden, Colorado. We decided to select Lime Painting due to Matthew Snider's visit to our neighborhood one Saturday afternoon. His professionalism impressed us as well as his thorough explanation of the services, costs, and expected timeline of our extensive project. We were extremely happy with the entire experience. Due to the fact that we had both exterior and interior work, the same crew remained with us throughout the project. As they worked on the exterior, we noticed many trim boards that needed to be replaced. The crew did an excellent job replacing and caulking thoroughly before priming and painting. They also stained all of our deck trim, stained and sealed our outdoor patio furniture, painted our deck railings and did an excellent job. Upon completion of the exterior they moved inside to do the interior. We made major changes to the interior of our home, changing all colors of trim and main walls as well as the kitchen cabinets. Our 28 year-old home looks brand new and very updated. The crew had an incredible work ethic, arriving early each morning and working intently until past the dinner hour. They were meticulous in the detail work, and it was such fun to see the pride they had in their work. In addition top the exterior and interior work, they also resurfaced our garage, and sealed our flagstone sidewalks. I can honestly say we were so happy to have the work completed but sad to see the guys move on to another job. We were very pleased with their work, attention to detail, willingness to work with us on small changed we made along the way, and attention to adhering to the timeline they promised. Lime painting just completed a painting contract with us on a historic brick home exterior fulfilling the highest standards of communication, craftsmanship and integrity. The detail and care of preparing and painting wood trim on a house that was historically painted with lead based paints, that included multiple trim, soffit and fascia details, second story windows and higher dormers, steep, fragile tile roofing and old historical wooden shutters presented many challenges that the Lime painting professionals tackled with impressive teamwork, skill and good humor. I would give Lime painting the highest recommendation, particularly to someone interested in a company that values attention to detail and professional accountability. For those who dread the intrusion into everyday living that home maintenance and repair can create, I will add that the Lime Painting team completed a difficult job efficiently, discretely, and with minimal disruption of our life - despite having to work on high ladders, for over two weeks, scraping, prepping and painting an old home that needed serious attention. It was remarkable. To finish, Lime Painting excelled at communication. From the first conversation I had with our Lime account manager to our last walk through he made the scope of the project clear, he listened carefully to my goals and concerns, and was easily available by phone or email throughout the project.
